Meet Denette
Hi everyone, I am super excited to bring another pathway to accomplish a healthier lifestyle. .PBM Therapy along with my personal coaching and a direct support line, will help you achieve your goals. I recently returned from training with Anne Penman at her clinic in Glasgow, Scotland. Anne Penman has been using PBM therapy for over 25 years in her clinic. I wanted to learn from the best so I traveled across the world, I worked hands on with Anne. I met many of her past clients , and personally treated new clients whose goals were to quit smoking, ,find a new pathway to healthy weight, and to manage stress and anxiety which leads to a healthier lifestyle. Ipersonally received PBM to quit smoking and will celebrate 4 years as a non smoker on August 29, 2022. I smoked for 47 years of my life and because of PBM and a lot of determination I succeeded in my goal. “ I Can Breathe” is a reminder that my lungs are no longer clogged and are healing, I can manage stress, and I am on the path to healthy weight.
About me.
. I have 3 adult daughters and 7 amazing grandchildren. I moved to Utah from Steamboat Springs Colorado in 1992. I worked in the construction industry ,owning and operating my company for 25 years..I also work in the tourist industry. Lets just say I wear many hats. I enjoy working in my gardens and I ride motorcycles which is my wind therapy.
